There will always be a class called 4CBut not every 4C will be called a class
4C’08 will be a class always
Bonded by memories, friendship and all
We have come a long way
from strangers to classmates then to friends
from tolerance to harmony to forgiveness
Recall the first time when we met
how we kept ourselves from each other
Ice-breaking games during the first few weeks
class contact time and new seating arrangement
slowly we get to know one another's names
Then we went on to develop the friendship
Through CIPs, class outings, OBS
we may be the slowest class to foster the bond
But we are definitely not the class with the weakest bond
Challenge comes when two of our classmates left
we despair, we cry, we feel Heaven's playing a joke
why is our class separated when we finally foster a bond?
But what is done cannot be undone
we pick ourselves up together as a class
and continue the journey as 35 souls
A new year starts, a new beginning for the class
we have a new classroom
one with aircon, cosy as home
4C proves herself this year
To teachers, to school, to ourselves
No, we are not a dead (silent) class
we are not a mugger class
we are not a disunited class
we are 4cordonbleu, echelons of the world
Class MV first runner-up
Racial Harmony No. 1 after all work-out
PE lessons run as one
Even change uniform must also stay as one
Teachers sometimes 拿我们没办法.
Scold us, walked off 又罚站。
we are playful, determined and united
4C overcomes obstacles as one
Time flies and 2 years is almost gone
But even then tragedy still struck
We lost yet another classmate in this year
A sudden notice, a complete shock
we rush to the airport to deliver the last goodbye
sorrow, tears as we watched him go
Again we went through the ordeal as a class
and continue the journey as 35 souls...
By the time we read these lines
we would probably be already separated
But let's not forget the 3C/4C class
Filled with laughter, tears, peace and fun
We are the one and only unique class
Made up of 35 exceptional souls
Forgive me for the poor writing skills here. Pls offer some suggestions for the improvement of this write-up. Or if possible, pls share some lines. Really hope everyone can participate in this CLASS write up so that it will be more meanngful then.
